12 called up for international fixtures

Sergi Roberto and Busquets are in Luís Enrique's first Spain squad list, for the UEFA Nations League games against Croatia and England (8 and 11 September)

The upcoming first international break of the season sees players representing their respective countries in various fixtures, including the new UEFA Nations League competition for European sides. Spain will be taking part in the inaugural edition, and new La Roja coach Luis Enrique has called up both Sergio Busquets and Sergi Roberto for the two games played on 8 and 11 September.

Here is the list of Barça players called up for both the UEFA Nations League and friendly action:

Germany: The best goalkeeper in the world, Mark André Ter Stegen, has been named in the squad to take on France and Peru.

Belgium:: The Red Devils will have Thomas Vermaelen in their squad for the game against Scotland.

Brazil: Coutinho and Arthur have been called up for friendlys against El Salvador and the USA.

Croatia: The World Cup runners-up debut in the UNL against Spain and Portugal. Ivan Rakitic will be one of their representatives.

Spain: Busquets and Sergi Roberto are the two Barça players selected by their new coach (and former FC Barcelona boss) Luis Enrique.

France: The World Cup winners, with Samuel Umtiti and Ousmane Dembélé, will play Ter Stegen's Germany and Cillessen's Holland sides.

Holland: Jasper Cillessen is recovering injury, and his national team coach has called him up for games against Peru and France.

Uruguay: Luis Suárez has been included in the side to play Mexico.

Chile: Arturo Vidal is part of the squad that will play against Japan and South Korea in Asia
