FC Barcelona legend Carles Puyol was always renowned for his strength, determination and devotion. During his long career at the Camp Nou, he provided countless unforgettable moments for the fans. He converted a cross from Xavi Hernández to put his side 1-2 in front, and celebrated by kissing the captain's armband.
WHAT HAPPENED NEXT?

Fifteen minutes from time, Xavi sent in a corner and Puyol headed in, scoring the only goal of the game and taking his country through to the final.
