FC Barcelona Lassa and Kevin Séraphin have reached an agreement for the next two seasons, once his medical is completed. The center, aged 27, and 2.08m tall, joins from the Indiana Pacers of the NBA.
A physical player, Séraphin is defensively sound, great from the free throw line and adept in and around the basket thanks to his height, long reach and quick feet.
Despite his youth Séraphin played a total of 423 games in the NBA, mainly for the Washington Wizards with recent spells at the Pacers and the New York Knicks.
He began his career at Poitiers Basket, but quickly left to join Cholet from 2007 to 2010. From there he was drafted by the Chicago Bulls and they later transferred his rights to Washington.
