The fourth point on the agenda of the Club's Ordinary Assembly saw the appointment of Sisco Pujol i Sabaté as a Board of Director member approved, as such ratifying the decision taken by the Club's governing body during the ordinary meeting on 23 December. The delegate members gave the appointment the green light with 79.3% of votes in favour.

Born in 1966 and Club member 10,952, Sisco Pujol has extensive professional experience covering more than 30 years in different companies across the real estate, renewable energies and recycling sectors, the restaurant business, as well as in the primary sector in agriculture and livestock.

He filled the role of Club Esportiu EFAC Almacelles president for eight years.

Sisco Pujol is currently a voting member on the Board of Directors.

Josep Solé, new member of the Economic Commission

Furthermore, there was also ratification of Josep Solé i Molina joining the Club's Economic Commission during the Assembly, with 77.8% of votes in favour.

Born in 1966, and Club member number 23,332, Josep Solé has had a broad career in the banking sector and is currently part of the Internal Auditing department of CaixaBank, specialising in liquidity, solvency, capital markets and business profitability.
