Well attended event with the Seoul and Shanghai Supporters' Clubs
Just as in Kobe, Japan, FC Barcelona representatives on Saturday met up with local Barça fans. Present were president Joan Laporta, treasurer Ferran Olivé and board members Miquel Camps, Xavier Puig, Àngel Riudalbàs, Joan Solé, Joan Soler and Sisco Pujol spent time with the official Barça Supporters' Clubs from Seoul and Shanghai.
The event took place at the FC Barcelona team hotel in the South Korean capital and started with a few brief words from Joan Laporta. "Out trip to Asia is a tribute to our Korean fans. Nothing would be possible without your constant support and love for Barça," said the blaugrana president.
President Joan Laporta also highlighted the "passion" shown by the fans in Japan before the head of the Seoul Supporters' Club expressed their delight at being able to welcome FC Barcelona to Asia.
Speeches over, there was an exchange of gifts and photographs together which included a special guest, CAT, who was also keen to meet the fans in Asia and who received a warm reception.
