Rafinha Alcántara arrived at La Masia when he was only thirteen, which is the exact same age as the youth team players who he visited on Monday. The Brazilian paid a surprise visit to the U14 players coached by Carles Martínez and he trained and spoke to them.

The midfielder started his blaugrana adventure ten years ago in this same team and moving through the different age groups until he reached the first team, where he is currently one of the leading scorers with five goals. Rafinha made his debut with the senior squad in the Copa del Rey against Hospitalet on 9 November 2011 and since then he has played 60 games for Barça and scored nine goals as well as spending a season at Celta de Vigo on loan.
