Lucas Digne is on active duty at FC Barcelona. The French star joined in with Thursday morning’s session at the Ciutat Esportiva having reported for duty earlier than scheduled, for he was not actually due back until Monday 8 August.
Only the players that didn’t travel to Stockholm for the friendly with Leicester City were also present for the workout, namely Ter Stegen, Bravo, Piqué, Alba, Iniesta, Rakitic, Vermaelen and Douglas.
The Catalans trained at 6.30pm in the evening as well, with the second session of the day also taking place on Tito Vilanova Field, where head coach Luis Enrique had at his disposal Marlon, Mujica, Cámara and Alfaro, in addition to the rest of the team's available players.
Barça will train again on Friday morning at 9.30am. The workout will be followed by a press conference featuring Iniesta.
