LaLiga action returns from the international break this weekend, and FC Barcelonahave a big game against Atletico Madrid on Matchday 13. The Blaugrana visit the Wanda Metropolitano on Saturday night (8:45pm CET), and coach Ernesto Valverde has named a squad of 18 players for the task.
Those chosen are: Ter Stegen, Semedo, Piqué, Sergio, Arthur, Suárez, Messi, O. Dembélé, Rafinha, Cillessen, Malcom, Lenglet, Jordi Alba, Munir, S. Roberto, Vidal, Umtiti and Aleñá.
Denis Suárez is left out for tactical reasons, whilst Ivan Rakitic, Philippe Coutinho, Sergi Samper and Thomas Vermaelen are unavailable through injury.
Last session before the big game
The last training session for the contest was held at the Ciutat Esportiva, and Coutinho was a participant. Rakitic undertook part of the session with the group.
