The German goalkeeper saved a penalty in the final minute of the game against Sevilla. In the following video we look at all his spot kick saves for Barça
Marc-André Ter Stegen started the season in style with a decisive performance in Sunday's Spanish Super Cup, helping his side to a win against Sevilla. The Barça number 1 kept out a Wissam Ben Yedder penalty in the final minute of play, avoiding the game going to extra time.
This isn't the only occasion in which the German goalkeeper has saved a spot kick, however. In 2014/15, his first season at FC Barcelona, he stopped a Sergio Aguero strike from 12 yards in a game against Manchester City. The following year, he saved another penalty in the Champions League, this time from AS Roma's Edin Dzeko. Two seasons ago, he denied Celtic striker Moussa Dembél´in another European encounter.
We've compiled all of these Ter Stegen penalty saves in this video.
