The Valencia born striker was received by the president Josep Maria Bartomeu before making his way out on to the field to greet the many fans awaiting him at Camp Nou
FC Barcelona’s latest signing Paco Alcácer has been presented as a Barça player. This Thursday saw his first day at Camp Nou during the traditional presentation for new arrivals to the squad. The striker was able to don his number 17 shirt for the first time after training earlier in the day with the rest of the squad at the Ciutat Esportiva. After the session the former Valencia man made the short trip to Camp Nou to be met in the Presidential box by president Josep Maria Bartomeu.
From there, he moved to what will be his home dressing room for the next five seasons. Waiting for him was the shirt that he may wear on the day of his debut this Saturday at Camp Nou against Alavés. Alcácer then made his way to the pitch at the stadium where he showed off his skills to the gathered crowd in the stands before being officially presented in front of the media in the Ricard Maxenchs press room.
