FC Barcelona Lassa handball managed the incredible feat of winning 100 matches in a row when they beat BM Sinfín on 29 October, and so the team celebrate their achievement in front of the fans ahead of their game against Ademar León. Barça
A total of 100 children created a passage for the players to come out onto the court, who were wearing a commemorative jersey with the names of all the players who participated in the run.
After the festivities, it was time to play some handball, and who better to do so against than the second-placed side in the league. One of the commemorative jerseys will be displayed at the club’s museum, another to the handball veterans and some others will be donated to the FC Barcelona Foundation.
Large banners presided across the court and 100 handballs were distributed to the crowd by the players. It was a fitting way to commemorate an incredible achievement in the sport.
