Squad announced for the FC Barcelona v Borussia Mönchengladbach Champions League game

Luis Enrique will not have the suspended Rakitic and Neymar Jr, the inujred Jérémy Mathieu or the rested Ter Stegen and Piqué available, whilst Barça B's Marc Cardona is in the squad

Barça will play their final Champions League group phase game against Borussia Mönchengladbach at the Camp Nou at 8.45pm CET with first place guaranteed. The Catalans secured first place with their victory at Celtic Park as Manchester City could only draw against Borussia Mönchengladbach. The Germans arrive in Catalonia with their Europa League place in the bag and even though neither team needs anything from this game, Barça will look to get back to winning ways following a run of three draws.

Luis Enrique will be without the suspended duo of Rakitic and Neymar Jr as well as the injured Jérémy Mathieu. Moreover, he has decided to rest Ter Stegen and Gerard Piqué. The one surprise in the squad is Barça B's Marc Cardona who debuted with the first team against Hércules recently and could make his first European appearance if he gets on the pitch.

Therefore, the final squad of 18 for tonight's game includes these players: Cillessen, Masip, Sergio, Denis, Arda, A.Iniesta, Suárez, Messi, Rafinha, Mascherano, Paco Alcácer, Jordi Alba, Digne, Sergi Roberto, André Gomes, Aleix Vidal, Umtiti and Cardona (29).
