The crests were unveiled and one poster was presented before Luis Enrique’s team put five goals past the Canary Islanders
In the build-up to FC Barcelona v Las Palmas, the supporters’ movement was able to honour three clubs that came to the ground for the match.
First, in the World Confederation of Penyes Lounge, director Pau Vilanova held a reception for Peña Euro-Barça 92, who presented the poster for the 25th anniversary. The event was also attended by the president of the penya Jose Ramon Cruz and the president of the Canaries Federation, Jose Yamal Hawach.
The Penya Barcelonista de Bellaterra and the Penya Blaugrana Sant Esteve de Sesrovires were also at the Camp Nou per for the unveiling of their crests at Gate 51 to the stadium. Their respective presidents, Oriol Campmany i Maria Gloria Bascompte did the honours.
All three penyes were then able to watch the tremendous display by Barça against Las Palmas (5-0), a win that keeps the dream of winning the league alive.
