FC Barcelona's final training session prior to the trip to Riazor to face Deportivo

Barça have finished their last workout prior to the match against Deportivo with Neymar Jr, due to pain in his abductor, and Rafinha, because of gastroenteritis, both missing

Barça are ready for their return to league duties having completed their final training session on Saturday in the afternoon before the squad travels to Galicia for their 27th LaLiga match of the season. The blaugranas, following their incredible comeback win against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League, are turning their attention to the domestic league as they look to defend their lead at the top of the table.

In this last workout prior to Sunday’s game, Luis Enrique was unable to call on Neymar Jr, who had some pain in his abductor, or Rafinha, who is suffering from gastroenteritis, on top of the pre-existing absentees: Aleix Vidal and Mathieu. The Asturian coach called on Barça B’s Marlon Santos, Carles Aleñá and Marc Cardona for today’s training.

Prior to the session, Luis Enrique spoke to the press ahead of the Deportivo game and travelled to La Coruña on Saturday evening. On Sunday at 4.15pm CET, Barça will look to continue their impressive recent history at Deportivo’s Riazor stadium so that they remain top of the table.
