FC Barcelona underwent their final training session ahead of the Spanish Super Cup clash against Real Madrid with all the available first team players, as well as Carles Aleñá and Adrián Ortolá from Barça B
The final preparation ahead of the first leg of the Spanish Super Cup is out of the way. FC Barcelona’s players were put through their paces on Saturday evening, and now all thoughts turn to the Clásico on Sunday night at the Camp Nou (10pm CEST).
The session took place on the Tito Vilanova field at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, and all available first team players took part. They were joined by Carles Aleñá and Adrián Ortolá from Barça B in a session where the first 15 minutes were open to the media.
Immediately before the session, the team held a press conference where Gerard Piqué and Ernesto Valverde gave their thoughts on Sunday’s match ahead of the latter’s first competitive game as Barça boss.
