Marc-André ter Stegen reaches Barça century

The blaugrana keeper arrived in the summer of 2014 and has now reached three figures following his involvement against Getafe at the Coliseum Alfonso Pérez

The FC Barcelona goalkeeper made his 100th appearance for the Club in the match against Getafe on Saturday. The German has won nine trophies and played 100 times since his arrival in the summer of 2014. He is now an established player at the Club who is loved by the fans and who has some excellent statistics.

Ter Stegen decided he wanted to come to Barça and be successful and he has become one of the best goalkeepers in the world. The numbers back this up as he has saved 75% of the shots he has faced or 279 of the 372. Across the 100 games he has only conceded 95 goals with 40 coming in La Liga, 31 in the Champions League, 16 in the Copa del Rey, 3 in the Spanish Super Cup and 1 in the UEFA Super Cup.

The landmark arrives with Ter Stegen in great form. Until the goal from Shibasaki, the German had gone 450 minutes without conceding after keeping clean sheets against Betis, Alavés, Espanyol and Juventus.
