The celebrations began the moment the referee blew the final whistle. Euphoria unleased in the most natural and spontaneous way possible as the 62,213 fans inside Spotify Camp Nou kicked off the party with the players and coaching staff on the field. The 29th league title was here.

Flick in the air

From the final whistle onwards there were fireworks, hugs and a lot of visible joy with the players tossing coach Hansi Flick in the air in the centre circle, the Barça boss having lost his father on the same day. There were traditional Catalan dances before the players and staff headed to the Gol Sud to celebrate the league title with the Gol 1957 supporters' group, newly formed this season.

Trophy held up high

After the initial celebrations came the moment to lift the trophy. The president of the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) Rafael Louzán and the La Liga president Javier Tebas presented the trophy to Barça captain Ronald Araujo to give the 29th league title its official portrait.

To round off, captain Ronald Araujo added a few words: "It's a special night. We are league champions and we are really happy and proud. This league title is for you."

An obviously emotional Hansi Flick summed it all up when he said, "I think the players want to celebrate. Visca Barça and visca Catalunya."
