FC Barcelona's rink hockey team dominated the Catalan derby, beating Reus Deportiu 7–2 at the Palau Blaugrana, bouncing back emphatically from the defeat against Liceo. Goals from Barroso, Alabart, Ferran Font and Marc Grau led a convincing return to winning ways, once again turning the Palau into a fortress.

Fast response and control

Reus had actually struck first through Maxi Oruste, but Barça reacted immediately with Eloi Cervera’s equaliser. Barroso then took charge with two quick goals (one from the penalty spot) to make it 3–1 inside seven minutes. The blaugranas dominated the rest of the half, with Ferran Font adding a superb fourth before the break.

A one-sided finish

Barça maintained control after half-time. Alabart made it 5–1 with a fine strike, and despite a brief Reus response through Joan Salvat, the hosts closed the match in style. Further goals from Alabart and Marc Grau sealed a commanding 7–2 win and reaffirmed Barça’s dominance in the Catalan clásico.
