The Barça handball team march on in the ASOBAL league with a clear win over Guadalajara in the Palau Blaugrana. The home side dominated the encounter from start to finish with keeper Hallgrímsson in particularly fine form. 

The blaugranes began in intense fashion but the visitors held their own with the blaugranes just edging the game at 5-4 with 12 minutes gone. 

Goalkeeper Hallgrímsson became a wall for Guadalajara from that moment on and the blaugranes surged into a 15-7 lead at half time. 

In the second half the domination continued with Barça coach Carlos Ortega giving his fringe players some playing time. In goal Saric came on and Djorje excelled with six goals in the game. A solid defence and intensity were the keys to the 40-20 to consolidate Barça's position at the head of the ASOBAL league.
