The schedule for the 2025/26 ACB season has been announced, including all the match-ups for the 34 gameweeks of the regular phase, which is set to start on 4 October and run through to 30 May 2026, before giving way to the play-offs. Precise dates and times are still to be confirmed pending broadcaster scheduling.
The blaugranes now know their first opponent of the season will be Valencia Basket and Joan Peñarroya and the team will travel to Valencia for the game on 5 October. It will notably be the first domestic league game to be played at their new home court, the Roig Arena, and the second game overall after they face Virtus in the EuroLeague a few days earlier.
Curiously, Barça and Valencia will face each other again five days later on 10 October in the European competition at the Palau Blaugrana, which will be the first game of the new season at the blaugranes' home.
Home debut
The domestic league debut at the Palau will come in gameweek two, as the blaugranes host another Catalan team in Hiopos Lleida on 11 or 12 October.
The Clásicos
Barça and Real Madrid will face-off in gameweek 14 (3 or 4 January in Madrid) and 23 (21 or 22 March in the Palau Blaugrana).
Catalan clashes
Other notable dates include the match-ups against the other Catalan teams in the competition. The blaugranes are set to play against Joventut de Badalona in gameweek 11 (20 or 21 December at home) and 22 (14 and 15 March at the Olímpic de Badalona). The games against Bàsquet Girona are in gameweek 6 (8 or 9 November in Fontajau) and 19 (7 or 8 February in the Palau). Manresa are the opponents in gameweek 10 (13 or 14 December away) and 20 (14 or 15 February at home). And lastly there is a trip to Barris Nord to play Lleida in gameweek 27 on 18 or 19 April 2026.
So, the blaugranes will be back in action sooner rather than later and don't forget that the 2025/26 EuroLeague season starts a few days before the domestic competition, with the schedule already announced. The blaugranes are also set to play in the Lliga Catalana in Tarragona beforehand, where they will face Morabanc Andorra (17 September) and Penya (19 September). A hypothetical final would be on 21 September. Lastly and before all that, the first preseason friendlies will be against Paris Basketball (6 September), Bàsquet Girona (12 September) and Hiopos Lleida (26 September).
