The FC Barcelona Board of Directors held a meeting on Tuesday in the offices of its main partner, Nike, in the famous La Rotonda building in Barcelona. FC Barcelona and Nike announced a deepening of their historic association last November with a multi-year partnership deal which brings a new model of strategic collaboration between the two parties.  

FC Barcelona and Nike signed their first agreement back in 1998 and together they have shared a deep commitment to innovation, creativity and the search for excellence, both on and off the field as across four decades the Club has won 4 Champions League titles, 12 league titles, 3 Club World Cups, and three European Super Cups amongst other trophies. The women's team have also consolidated their position as the team to beat in the game with 9 league titles, 3 Champions League titles and Copas de la Reina in this time. In other sports, the four professional teams have won 59 league titles, 25 European Cups and 48 Copas del Rey amongst others.
