Barça 107-88 MoraBanc Andorra: Perfect night in the Palau

Barça fought back before the break and put on a second half show

A perfect night in Palau Blaugrana. After a series of cup presentations to the fans, Barça ran out clear winners against MoraBanc Andorra (107-88). An even first half gave way to a second half when the home side upped the gears, with Kuric and Laprovittola top scorers with 17 points.

Three-pointers set the tone

The start of the game was notable for both sides exchanging baskets, especially from the three-point line, with MoraBanc Andorra first taking the lead by the 4th minute (8-15). Barça gradually adjusted in defence, before going ahead after a three-pointer by Mirotic and a 3+1 from Laprovittola, who scored 10 points in the first quarter.

The second quarter saw the away side take a slight lead again, until an effective Kuric but Barça ahead again, who went in at the break 52-49.

Moving up the gears

Barça stepped it up at the start of the second half, going 63-52 up by the 24th minute. The home side's free throws were very effective and the lead had opened up to 16 points by the end of the third quarter.

This lead surpassed the 20 point mark in the final minutes before a final score of 107-88 and another win in the Liga Endesa.
