The Barça senior team was straight back at the training ground on Monday morning, in a jubilant mood following the 4-2 defeat of Atlético Madrid at the Camp Nou the day before.

 

There wasn’t a cloud in the sky on a typical winter’s day in Barcelona, where it is pleasantly warm under the sun but chilly in the shade.

Pitch 2 was the setting at the Ciutat Esportiva for a gentle warm-down following the previous day’s exertions, with the players joined by an Eric Garcia who is looking well on the road back to recovery.

The team now have a two-day break before returning to duties on Thursday at 11.00am CET, with the focus full on the derby away to Espanyol at the weekend.
