Barça 35-27 Bidasoa Irun: A step closer to the league

Barça have racked up their 26th win in 26 matches in the league in front of a Palau that contained a limited number of spectators who witnessed a 35-27 win over Bidasoa Irun, the team in second place in the Asobal League. 

After an even start, Barça drew clear of their opponents before the break going in at half time with an 18-13 lead. 

Nevertheless, it was until the final minutes of the second half that Xavi Pascual's put the game beyond their Basque opponents. Dolonec and Dika Mem top scored with 5 goals each in a victory that puts Barça 11 points clear at the top of the table. .
