Ansu Fati: 'Despite the obstacles, I will continue fighting for my dreams'

The Barça forward has sent a message through social networks

Ansu Fati is working to overcome the injury to the internal meniscus of his left knee that occurred last November and that forced him to undergo surgery.

After a few hard months for the player, he wanted to send a message through his social networks:

"A few years ago I had a serious injury, a fractured tibia and fibula, and I couldn't play for almost a year. There were many days of suffering and pain, but also a lot of learning. It helped me to appreciate the little details.

With my family and all the professionals who helped me at that time, I promised myself to keep going and work harder than ever to get back to doing what I love the most.

Unfortunately, now I have to live through a similar situation, which I will face with the same mentality.

I want to thank all those people who follow me and support me on a daily basis. Football is my life and no matter how many obstacles there are, I will always have the illusion of continuing to fight for my dreams ... "

Before the injury, Ansu Fati had played 10 games this season, in which he scored five goals. The last, at the Camp Nou in El Clásico against Real Madrid.

In total with the first team, he's played 43 times, scoring 13 goals and providing three assists.
