Announcement by the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors, at an ordinary meeting at the Camp Nou, has reached the following agreements:

New vice-presidencts

The Board has appointed Antonio Escudero as vice-president for the Social Area and Juli Guiu as vice-president for the Marketing Area.

These vice-presidencies are in addition to those agreed at the previous meeting: Rafael Yuste, first vice-president for the Sports Area; Elena Fort, vice-president for the Institutional Area, and Eduard Romeo, vice-president for the Economic Area.

Spokesperson for the Board

The Board has appointed Elena Fort spokesperson for the Board of Directors and Miquel Camps as deputy spokesperson.

Directors responsible for Professional and Youth Sports

The Board has agreed to appoint Josep Cubells director responsible for basketball; Joan Solé, director responsible for handball; Xavier Barbany, director responsible for rink hockey; Aureli Mas, director responsible for futsal; Xavier Puig, director responsible for women’s football; and Joan Soler, director responsible for youth football.

Directors responsible for the Social Commission, Espai Barça and Security

The Board has agreed to appoint Josep-Ignasi Macià director responsible for the Social Area; Jordi Llauradó, director responsible for the Espai Barça; Alfons Castro, director responsible for Security; and Josep Maria Albert, director assistant to the Delegate Counsellor.
