Barça produced a masterful performance at La Fonteta to make it 13 wins in a row in the ACB League. The win was also the third of a perfect week and a game in which Abrines, with 23 points (7 triples) and 17 assists, was the top scorer.
Although the hosts were still very much in the game at the end of the first period (14-17, min 10), Jasikevicius' side soon took total control. More successful at the basket and with the rebounds, Barça reached the break well ahead (29-41, min 20).
Efficiency
Valencia did their best to turn things around, and with a little more efficiency, they came back to within two points (43-45, min 27). However, two consecutive triples from Claver and Abrines eased the visitors away again, and just three minutes later, at the end of the third period, Barça were up by 11 (47-58, min 30). The final 10 minutes was all Barça, and they eventually eased home by 64-80.
