Barça 38-27 Quabit Guadalajara: Experts in winning

Another game, another victory. On their return to competition, the Barça handball team recorded their 22nd win in the Asobal with a 38-27 victory over Guadalajara in the Palau Blaugrana. 

Keeper Gonzálo Pérez de Vargas was outstanding as was his counterpart José Javier Hombrados in the early minutes. Both players kept the score down to 3-3 with a full 10 minutes of the game played. 

The visitors were able to keep pace with the home side until an 8-1 spell saw the blaugranes take charge of the encounter. With Dika Mem and N'Guessan in fine form, Barça went in at the break with a 17-13 lead. 

In the second half Pérez de Vargas kept stopping them and Dika Mem kept scoring them as Barça stretched their lead. The blaugrana Mem ended the game as top scorer with eight goals as the 38-27 victory made it 22 out of 22 for Barça. Their next test comes on Saturday at 7.30pm CET against Liberbank Cantabria Sinfín.
