Levante 2-5 Barça: Victory against the leaders

Important win for Barça in the league as the blaugranes inflict the first defeat of the season upon leaders Levante thanks to a 5-2 away win. Goals from Lozano, Adolfo (2), Ferrao and Coelho handed Andreu Plaza's team the win. 

Andreu Plaza's team had to survive an early onslaught from the home side as Levante tested the Barça defence and in particular blaugrana keeper Dídac Plana. The Barçs shot stopper was up to the challenge. Chances for both sides came and went as the team went into half time goalless. 

In the second half Adolfo finally put the blaugranes ahead after a corner from Lozano. Then the Barça captain set up Ferrao from a free kick for the Barça man to double the visitors' advantage. 

Nevertheless, the game was far from over as Rafa Usín pulled one back for the home side before Pedro Toro made it 2-2 on 33 minutes. Barça did not fold and Lozano found the net to put the blaugranes ahead once again before Adolfo and Coelho rounded off the win with Levante sacrificing their keeper in search of the equaliser. 

Barça's second win of the league season lifts them to 13th in the table and their next opponents will be Parrulo Ferrol on Sunday at the Palau Blaugrana.
