El Butlletí, a new means of corporate and service communication between club and members

First electronic newsletter goes out this Tuesday 21 July, and focuses on compensation for the games that season ticket holders were unable to attend

With the aim of boosting communication and its bond with all of its members, FC Barcelona launch via email this Tuesday July 21 a new communication tool designed to bring together all of the corporate and service information that might be of interest to members in terms of their relationship with the club.

Called El Butlletí, members will periodically receive emails containing all the service information of interest to them to assist coordination between the club and its members, as well as informing them of the different procedures and requirements regarding membership fees and season tickets for the Camp Nou or Palau Blaugrana.

The first El Butlletí goes out this Tuesday and is focus on detailing the different options available to Camp Nou or Palau Blaugrana season tickets regarding compensation for matches that were not played or went ahead behind closed doors, as well as details of the possible options for next season's season tickets, and how members can use a form to report their decision.

This new communication tool was set up in order to serve as a basic medium for delivering all information of interest to club members, and a new means of connection to report any issues concerning the relationship between the Club and all its members.

The newsletter also forms part of the club’s guiding principles with regard to sustainability, the idea being to reduce the use of paper and make increasingly less use of traditional postal methods and instead foster electronic communication.
