Stat of the day | 32: Andrés Iniesta's titles at Barça

Two years ago today, the midfielder said goodbye to the Camp Nou after 16 seasons in the first team and a legendary record

Andrés Iniesta played his last game for Barça on May 20, 2018, two years ago today. It came at the Camp Nou against Real Sociedad after a league and Copa del Rey double had been achieved - the eighth double in the club's history. The midfielder was substituted in the 81st minute of the game so that what had been his home for 16 seasons could pay him a very special tribute. An eternal player, Iniesta returned the adulation as he walked from the pitch one last time.

32 titles and an unrepeatable legacy

Iniesta won 32 titles with FC Barcelona, after debuting on October 29, 2002 in a Champions League match at Brugge. Since that European premiere almost 18 years ago, he amassed 758 appearances, scoring a total of 66 goals and achieving 32 titles, a sublime record only surpassed by Leo Messi's 34. Andrés Iniesta has been, is and will be a living Barcelona legend.
