After the futsal team's victory, Barça remain champion in five professional sections of the Club

Barça are the King of Cups. All the professional sports teams of the Club are currently champions of their respective Copas Del Rey, in the absence of the football team retaining their title on Saturday, May 25 against Valencia in Seville. Barça Lassa's win against Jaén (5-2) in the futsal Copa del Rey final was the latest victory.

With this new title, the Barça Lassa futsal team continues to have the most in the history of the competition (six), retaining the title achieved last year. In addition, the basketball side also managed to win the Copa del Rey for the second consecutive year (the 25th in their history). Their victory came last February in Madrid, in the final against Los Blancos.

Xavi Pascual's handball team overcame Liberbank Cuenca in Alicante, winning their 6th consecutive Copa del Rey in the section and the 23rd overall, meaning they too have won the most in the history of the competition. Lastly, the roller hockey team were proclaimed Copa champion in Reus for the 4th consecutive season, beating Liceo in the final. A total of 23 final wins is a record for their section also.

The only professional team that can't retain a title achieved last year will be the Women, current champions of the last two editions of the Copa de la Reina, as they lost in the semi-finals to Atlético Madrid.
