First FCBCamp in Oceania opens in New Zealand

The first of the two camps the FCBEscola has organized in Auckland opens its doors, teaching children the Barça way

The doors are open in New Zealand as the first of the two FCBEscola camps that have been organised in Auckland is now a reality.

Beginning yesterday, 18 April, until next Friday, 22 April, boys from 6 to 16 are participating in the FCBCamp in Auckland, New Zealand, where they will learn the secrets of Barça's DNA and will put it into practice at the QBE Stadium in Albany daily from 9:00am–3:00pm. The second camp will be run from 25– 29 April and registration can be performed through the camp website.

These camps offer all participants the opportunity to learn the Club's methodology and values: respect, effort, ambition, teamwork and humility. FCBEscola coaches introduce basic training for beginners and help the more experienced improve their skills.

Presence around the world

The opening of these FCBCamps in Auckland is part of the project approved by the FC Barcelona Board of Directors last February, which foresees the organisation of 12 football camps in Australia and New Zealand in 2016.

The next FCBEscola camps in Oceania, which will be the first in Australia, will be held in Melbourne and Sydney and will bring the FCBEscola, now present on every continent, full circle.
