Gerard Piqué, ambassador of the VI #FCBEScola17 International Tournament

FC Barcelona center-back Gerard Piqué will be the ambassador of the sixth edition of the #FCBEScola17 International Tournament, which is being held from 10 to 13 April at the Club’s facilities.

Piqué, who is also an FCBEscola parent, will hand out trophies to the tournament’s champions on Thursday, 13 April at the Miniestadi.

This year’s edition will be the biggest yet, with over 1,500 players from 6 to 14 years of age taking part. A total of 134 teams from 20 countries will be divided into four categories (U8, U10, U12, U14).

The opening ceremony will take place on Monday, 10 April at 12.30pm CET at the Ciutat Esportiva, FC Barcelona’s training ground.
