Dani Alves will be sidelined for 15 to 20 days according to the Club’s Medical Services this Monday. The right back underwent additional tests that confirm that the player has pulled the hamstring in his right leg.

In the next 20 days, Barça will have to face Alavés, Athletic Club, Benfica, Betis, and Atlético Madrid. In addition, the Blaugrana will feature in the Last 16 of the Copa del Rey on December 12 if they defeat Alavés on Wednesday.

The Brazilian defender is recovering from the same injury he picked up last season, only this time the injury is in a different leg. Dani Alves joins Marc Bartra, Marc Muniesa, David Villa, Isaac Cuenca, Alexis Sánchez and Eric Abidal on FC Barcelona’s injury list.
