Cameroon claimed the three points in the crucial World Cup qualifier against Togo thanks to two strikes from the ex-Barça player Samuel Eto'o. Alex Song was brought on in the final minutes of the match for the goalscorer.
Eto'o gave Cameroon the lead from the penalty spot, but Wome brought Togo level just before the break. Eto'o netted the match winner after the break with a fantastic strike from outside the area. Cameroon now sit atop Group I on six points. It's worth noting, however, that Libya and Congo DR have a match in hand.
