The Bayerischer Penya Blaugrana celebrated its official inauguration on Monday at the central restaurant, “El Mirador” in an intimate and emotional atmosphere – the perfect venue to welcome the Barça family to the Bavarian capital.
Comissió Social director charged with responsibility for foreign penyes, Josep M. Barnils, represented the Club at the event which was attended by 30 members of the supporters club, led by their President Àngela Campos.
The high point of the meal was the presentation of a commemorative shirt to mark the semi-final between Bayern and Barça.
Barça Sant Jordi
The Barça fans who travelled to Bavaria congregated in the Löwenbräukeller brewery in the centre of the city to celebrate Sant Jordi, whilst the Catalan community in Munich organized a stall selling roses and books to mark this important day in the Catalan culture.
