Marc Carmona and FC Barcelona have agreed to terms to extend the manager’s contract through June 30 of 2015. The manager has been at the helm of Barça Alusport since the 2005/06 season, when he led his men to promotion to the División de Honor.

Since his arrival in the summer of 2004 - he was the team's technical secretary in his first year - , Carmona has won absolutely everything. He's led his team to two league titles (2011/11 and 2011/12), three Spanish Cups (2011, 2012 and 2013), two Copas del Rey (2011 and 2012), one UEFA Futsal Cup (2012) and three Catalan Cups (2009, 2010 and 2011).
