First team receives Replay formal suits

On Thursday, FC Barcelona received its new suits designed by Replay, which has been the club’s official sponsor of formal clothing since last July. The venue for the reception was Replay’s flagship store in Passeig de Gràcia, Barcelona. Matteo Sinigaglia, director general of Fashion Box, which boasts a series of top quality denim lines under the Replay brand, was there in person to provide the Barça players and manager Gerardo ‘Tata’ Martino with the new formal suits that they will be wearing this season, and which were specially designed for FC Barcelona.

The designers have produced a collection of formal clothing and a smart casual line to reflect the unique FC Barcelona style of play. Being such an innovative company Replay have devised a whole new way of using denim, in which the traditional jeans concept embraces the realm of fine tailoring.

The suit, in the typical slim-fit Replay style, includes a jacket with two buttons and applied pockets with an inner-lining in the traditional Barça shade of red. The look is finished off with Replay’s hallmark ‘R’ on the lapel and a small pin with the Barça crest on the silk tie. Last July and for the next four seasons, Replay will be the official sponsor of the suits that the first team and all the other teams at the club will be wearing.
