Frank de Boer’s Ajax Amsterdam have won away for the second time in a row, and this time it was 1-0 at Feyenoord, who are having a woeful start to their season and are now fourth from bottom in the table.
Ajax took an early lead through full back Van Rhijn and that was how the score remained, with goalkeeper Cillesen making some fine saves to deny Feyenoord an equaliser.
The win means that Ajax stay second in the Eredivisie with 12 points, three below leaders PSV.
