The meeting is being held as part of the ‘Leaders in Football’ conference that is taking place this week at Stamford Bridge
President Josep Maria Bartomeu has attended a European Club Association Executive Committee meeting at Stamford Bridge stadium in London.
This is the second time that the ECA Executive Committee has met this season, and is taking place as part of the annual Leaders in Football event at Stamford Bridge, which is attended by people involved in football management from all around the world.
Bartomeu, shown in the picture along with Theodoros Giannikos and Ausrys Labinas, representatives of Olympiakos FC and FK Ekranas, respectively, has been on the committee since last May, when he was appointed member of the UEFA Professional Football Strategy Council, a position that involves participating in the leading executive body for the association of clubs. The Barça president’s first appearance at an ECA Executive Committee meeting was at the first of the present season, held in Monaco in August. A third meeting is expected to be scheduled before the end of the year.
