Squad announced versus Ajax Amsterdam

As usual, the Barça manager has left it until the day of the match to announce his squad, which will consist of the following eighteen players: Ter Stegen, C. Bravo, Montoya, Piqué, Rakitic, Xavi, Pedro, A. Iniesta, Messi, Neymar Jr, Rafinha, Mascherano, Bartra, Jordi Alba, Dani Alves, Samper, Sandro and Munir.

Sergio Busquets has a hip injury and has been kept out of the game as a precautionary measure, while Mathieu, Vermaelen, Sergi Roberto and Masip have all been dropped. Luis Suárez is still suspended and Adriano and Douglas are injured.

The team trained this morning at the Ciutat Esportiva in preparation for this evening’s game with Ajax, kick-off at 8.45 PM CET.
