Mathieu and Xavi both miss out on Sunday's game at the Camp Nou (9.00pm CET)
Luis Enrique has named his squad of eighteen for Sunday’s night’s game at the Camp Nou against Atlético Madrid. Jérémy Mathieu has been declared fully fit after his recovery from the Achilles tendon injury that kept him out of the cup game with Elche, but he has not been named in the squad, while Xavi Hernández also misses out, as the first team manager had already suggested in his Saturday press conference. Vermaelen, who has a longer term injury, is also not included.
There are no places for Masip, Douglas or Montoya either, but there is one for Munir of Barça B.
The complete squad of 18 is as follows: Ter Stegen, C. Bravo, Piqué, Rakitic, Sergio, Pedro, Iniesta, Suárez, Messi, Neymar Jr, Rafinha, Mascherano, Bartra, Jordi Alba, Sergi Roberto, Adriano, Alves and Munir.
