New period for online requests for Child Passport

New period for online requests for Child Passport

Applications open until June 30 via the club's official website

From Monday 15 June to Tuesday 30 June, the club is opening a new period for registering online for a Child Passport. Members aged up to 14 years need to fill in a form available in the Members section of the website at web www.fcbarcelona.com. They will also find full information about how the cfard works and how they can order one. The card is free and once ordered will sent to the user’s home address. It remains valid until the end of the 2015/16 season.

Members that already have a Child passport will have it automatically renewed and sent to their home without the need for any further operation.

The Passport is part of the ‘Children at the Camp Nou’ project, which has had 11,256 registrations in its first year, meaning our youngest members have been able to come along to the stadium and enjoy watching their favourite team play for free. The service has also enabled the club to control entrance by minors to the stadium in a much more orderly fashion and thus ensure their safety and ensure the legal capacity of the ground is respected.

Once this online period has expired, members will still be able to come in person to the OAB and make requests for a Child Passport.

How it works

The Child Passport is a document that will enable children under 14 to get into the Camp Nou without having to obtain a prior invitation. They only have to activate the passport, and as the document has a bar code, they can go straight through the turnstile access.

It is valid for one season and is linked to a mobile app (available for Apple and Android systems) and from 6 days before the game, and in a speedy manner, the adult accompanying the child will be able to activate the ticket for the game they want to see. The application will indicate the gate they must enter by, which will be the one closest to the adult’s seat.

For security and capacity reasons, there will be a maximum number of entrances with passports, so once this limit has been reached, no further passports can be activated. If one does not have a smart-phone compatible with the use of mobile applications, it can be activated via the Club website at www.fcbarcelona.com.

The Child Passport provides access for matches comprising the ‘Children at Camp Nou’ Project, which are all matches except the following: Real Madrid and Atlético Madrid, knockout games in the UEFA Champions League and the first and/or return legs of the Spanish Supercup.
