Champions League group stage

FC Barcelona’s group E calendar is set

The 2015/16 UEFA Champions League draw was held in yesterday in Monaco and paired FC Barcelona with Bayer Leverkusen, AS Roma and Bate Borisov, who will be the first opponents of Luis Enrique’s squad in the Champions League this season. Group play will take place from September to December and will determine who continues and who gets knocked out.

First match, at Roma

Barça begin their title defence in the same place where they won the first Treble in Club history — Rome’s Olympic Stadium will host the team’s first UCL match this year against AS Roma on 16 September.

Over the coming days we will gather all the information regarding ticket applications for this match as well as others in the group stage.


The competition begins in Rome on 16 September. Then, on 29 September, Barça host Bayer Leverkusen at Camp Nou. On 20 October, Barça travel to Belarus to face BATE Borisov, while on 4 November BATE Borisov come to Camp Nou. AS Roma visit Barcelona on 24 November and the group stage’s last match is on 9 December in Leverkusen.


In the coming weeks we will begin selling tickets for matches Camp Nou through the club website. Tickets for away games will be allocated using forms, with information coming soon.
