PHC Sant Cugat 3 – 7 Barça Lassa: Leader's pride

Pablo Álvarez leads a great second half performance for debut win at Sant Cugat

Barça Lassa have added another name to the list of away victories. In their first ever visit to Sant Cugat the blaugranes won 7-3 in the 20th game of the regular season thanks to a hat trick from Pablo Álvarez, a brace from Ignacio Albert and goals from Marc Gual and Pau Bargalló.

The home side took the lead early on but a goal from Igancio Alabart levelled things up for Edu Castro's team. Nevetherless, Sant Cugat went in at half time 2-1 up thanks to a strike from Pol Claramunt. Barça Lassa were not peturbed, however, and Pablo Álvarez made it all square not long into the second half.

From that moment on the visitors took control of the game and Àlvarez again and Bargalló saw Barça back in front.  A hat trick for Álvarez and a strike from Gual were enough to secure the win ahead of the blaugranes' trip to Italy at the weekend to take on Follonica in the European League.
