FC Barcelona are into the World Club Cup final following a 26-21 win in Cairo, Egypt against Al Ahly in the semi-final. Man of the match Dika Mem and N'Guessan were key in the win, a game in which the blaugranes were always on the front foot. 

Mem and N'Guessan open up a lead 

FC Barcelona dominated the first half of the semi-final against Al Ahly, Carlos Ortega's team taking an early 12-6 lead thanks to Dika Mem and N'Guessan. Keeper Hallgrímsson also played his part making several important saves in the first period. 

In the second half the goalscoring continued with Barça taking an 8 goal lead at one point. In the end, the blaugranes were able to close out the win comfortably and they will now face  Veszprém in Thursday's final after the Hungarian team defeated Magdeburg 23-20 in the tournament's other semi-final.
