The first game of the semi-final play off has ended in an important win for Jesús Velasco's team as an own goal from Martel and a strike from Pito was enough to hand the home side the victory in the Palau Blaugrana.
Barça dominated from the off and as early as the sixth minute they were ahead when Matheus' shot was deflected past his own keeper by Eric Martel.
In the second half the blaugranes doubled their lead almost immediately when Pito added a second in the 21st minute. Barça were able to conserve their advantage until the end and now they have the chance to book their place in the next round with a win in Torrejón on Wednesday.
