What a good win for Barça at the Palau Blaugrana, overcoming Levante 4-2. A hard fought victory to remain undisputed league leaders. Goals by Catela, Lozano, Ortiz and Sergio González ensured the win.
Barça start well
Only three minutes in saw Pito and Antonio link up well, before Catela hit a great strike to make it 1-0. The home side dominated most of the first half, but two goals in a minute settled the nerves. Sergio Lozano scored after good work by Marcenio before Ortiz scored the third to take the score to 3-0 at half time.
Levante comeback falls short
The second half saw the visitors attempt a comeback, exemplified by two great goals by Pachu (3-1, min. 29 and 3-2, min. 30). Game on, but Barça reacted well without finding another goal to potentially confirm the win, until Sergio González scored to make it 4-2 after 38 minutes. A hard fought win that ensures the league leaders march on.
