The year 2025 is coming to an end for FC Barcelona with an historic achievement that sees a direct connection to the past. Hansi Flick's side have managed to score in every LaLiga game played in the calendar year, a record only achieved once before in 1943.
Back then Barça played 25 LaLiga games, winning 15, drawing seven, and losing only three, scoring 84 goals and conceding 46. The coach at the time was Joan Josep Nogués, but despite his side's goalscoring prowess, they didn't manage to win LaLiga in either 1942/43 or 1943/44.
37 games with goals
Some 82 years later, Barça have achieved the record of scoring in every match played. The blaugranes have played 37 LaLiga games in 2025 and the numbers are stunning: 31 wins, three draws and three defeats, scoring 102 goals and conceding only 37. Excellence indeed, but the numbers only tell part of the story.
This is because this year will be known for sporting successes, as Barça were crowned LaLiga 2024/25 champions, and they end 2025 as league leaders this season, further consolidating their position. A year to remember that is already part of Club history.
